CANADA & USA

Our local deliveries are handled by Canada Post and USPS. Prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. 

All order processing takes 1-5 business days (add this to shipping transit time for estimated delivery time) Once your payment is received, verified and processed your order is then shipped and you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Ensure you will be present at the delivery address to accept your delivery.

At House of RIO we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected. Please bear with us. 

INTERNATIONAL:

Our international deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT or Troll. All order processing takes 1-5 business days (add this to shipping transit time for estimated delivery time). Once your payment is received, verified and processed your order is then shipped and you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Ensure you will be present at the delivery address to accept your delivery.

Prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order.  All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. At House of RIO we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
