Refund policy

We accept returns on most items that are unworn and still fitted with all security tags, labels and in original packaging as long as your return request is submitted latest 5 days from date of delivery and the return item received with 10 days from when it was delivered to you. Please send all return requests to sales@houseofrio.ca

It is important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by House of RIO  in most cases. We suggest using your local post office for the cheapest option. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. 

As much as we would like to make your return process seamless; There are a few exceptions. The following items are excluded and cannot be returned: Free gifts or promotional items, Items marked SALE/FINAL SALE, Sunglasses, Bodysuits, jewelry, Swimwear, Lingerie, Worn items, Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear and all Shipping and handling fees.

Please note that for all returns we issue STORE CREDIT ONLY. This credit will be given in the form of a promo code (with no expiry) for the return value to be used at your convenience. Returns are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
